Ballbusting mecanic : punishment
He wakes up. He moves his head a little, then opens his eyes wide. He pulls on his links and looks at me with a horrified look.
"You cheated on your girlfriend, so she asked me to fuck your balls. So we will make a game."
I explain the rules and I join him on the bed with the dice in my hands, on a small plateau.
He pulls on his links, he tries to scream but he is gagged. He panics.

I tie a string at the base of his scrotum to make it easier to hit.
