You decide your own limit here, but to be sure get a small bowl of cold water and 2 towels. 1 for on the floor the other on next to the bowl of water. The plug is still inside you
Take a chair or stool and set in in the middle of the room. Place the towel on the ground in front of it to the side you will be facing. Bowl and towel next to the chair or stool on the ground.
