Set your timer on your phone by the result of the following calculation. Add both minutes from the paragraphs above. So for example 7min + 5min = 13min. Divide the answer by 2 = 6.5min. This result + 1min is your alarm goal!

Walk to the place where the cold plug is and take out the middle size butt plug. Only touch the base, the part that's not going in. Walk back to the bed and switches the plugs, no teasing I want you to push that cold toy in right away! Experience that feeling fully, it's cold, big and deep inside you. Now sit back in the basic position. Everything switched on again.
Don't come until the timer goes off!! If the timer goes you can finally come!
