Remember the sharpie (or pen). You’re going to write in the palm of your dominant hand: “I crave humiliation”.
It won’t be easy nor pretty because you’ll be using your other hand to write this, but it’s better than just saying it (and don’t worry it wears off… eventually).
Also if you’re a LOST fan, I’m sorry if this revives some painful memory.
