1. 100 deepthroats do not come more than 1/4 up
2. 20 deepthroat holds for 15 seconds do not come more than 1/4 up
3. 10 deepthroat holds as long as possible
4. 50 deepthroats hold each for 10 seconds
5. 5 deepthroat holds as long as possible
6. 5 deepthroats coming all the way out your mouth and 1 second to get all the way back down
7. 10 deepthroat holds as long as possible
8. deepthroat hold for given time ( 20,20,20,10,10,5,10,5,20,20) you have 2 seconds between each hold
9. 20 deepthroats do not let the dildo come more than 1/2 out your mouth.
10. 30 dildo holds as long as possible
11. 20 deepthroats coming all the way out and slamming back in.
