Day 12. This day is for me, you will hurt yourself using my favorite way <3
Do you know which is my favorite way? We have already done this once.
You will need:
➣Something to tie your balls with.
➣Weights(a bucket and water can do)/(1 litre of water is 1 kilo)
That's right, its weights :D
❉Start by tying your balls nice and secure.
❉Give them 10 gentle slaps.
❉Now add the first kilo.
❉And the second.
❉Keep adding kilos until it hurts solidly(usually around 4-6)
For how long can you stay up? 1 minute? maybe 2? Start counting.
1 minute - add 1 litre and do it again.
2 minutes - add 2 litres and do it again.
More than 2 minutes - add 3 litres and do it again.
Now, as you are resting the bucket on the floor:
✾Lift the bucket.
✾Hold it for 10 seconds.
✾Drop the bucket back down.
✾Wait 5 seconds.
Repeat this 3 times and you are good to go.
