I think I'd give you a hand job. That seems to be what you're used to, so it'd probably work out the best. I'd wrap my fingers around the shaft and pull it firmly into the palm of my hand. Then, I'd gently glide up and down it—just enough to keep it hard. But, I'd increase the speed - and pretty soon - you'd spew like a geyser.
