So you think are trained? ok, before start get naked.

Take your shoelace and tie your balls very strict, make sure to tighten as much as you can, but without stopping the blood.

Done? Now fix a second shoelace to the first so that it dangles between your legs.
Look for a weight, which is at least 2kg, a bottle of 2 liter water is fine, but only if it's full to the brim; now fix to the dangling shoelace so that it does not touch the ground, more or less it must be at your knees.
