Now it’s time for squeezing.
I want you to take one testicle in each hand, trap them between your fingers and your thumb. Start squeezing. Slowly at first, letting the pain build and radiate through your body. The pain should begin to intensify, and in response you should clamp down harder.
When it gets to be too much, start pulsing your grip. Squeeze, relax, squeeze, relax, squeeze, relax. Each squeeze should cause a jolt of pain. Be honest. Really clamp down.
If I was there with you, I’d be squeezing so much harder.
