First go to the toilet, pee and empty your bowels if necessary. Then the best part: Have you ever done an enema? I would be thrilled to clean you by injecting water with a dental spray gun myself, but today you'll have to do it on your own.
Go ahead if you know how to do it.
If you are new to enemas, here's what you will do:
1. Screw off your shower head
2. Turn on the water for a lukewarm, slow water flux
3. Relax your asshole and push the tube opening against it
4. Fill yourself and stop when it becomes uncomfortable
Push the water into the toilet afterwards and repeat. I want you to make at least two enemas. Stop when you find yourself clean enough. Wash your hands properly with soap.
