Ok stop, get up, pull them out from under your body and sit down like I do, massage if you want, but keep them resting on the surface


How much is the sum of the times? Remember 2 minutes was the minimun.

2-8 minutes: What? BAD is the minimum, put your hands on the balls as I do, but you crush them well on the surface, put all the weight, stay for at least 3 minutes, then crush them with 4 punches, as hard as you can.
9-12 minutes: Already better, but you can do more if you want go back to page 27 and try again, otherwise crush them with your hands on the surface put all the weight for 1 minute, then give them 3 good punches.
13-19 minutes: You've been good, but you could do better, give yourself 5 punches average on the balls, and make sure to crush them well on the surface with each punch.
20 minutes: Very, very good, you're ok, but if you really love me, pull back as much as you can, the excess thread and keep your balls well under the ass and then let fall backwards to sit down, it will hurt you warning, or you can choose one of the punishments here above.
