1. 300 jumping-jack, 150 sit-up, 100 push-up, 3 min plank position, 10 min running
2. 200 jumping-jack, 150 sit-up, 150 push-up, 2 min plank position, 10 min running
3. 300 jumping-jack, 200 sit-up, 100 push-up, 2 min plank position, 10 min running
4. 400 jumping-jack, 200 sit-up, 50 push-up, 2 min plank position, 15 min running
5. 200 jumping-jack, 100 sit-up, 50 push-up, 5 min plank position, 15 min running
6. 300 jumping-jack, 100 sit-up, 100 push-up, 3 min plank position, 20 min running
