1. Vacuum three rooms of your house with a smelling shoe attached on your face (nose into the shoe) and a dirty sock into your mouth (better if shoe and sock are not yours)
2. Lick clean 5 pairs of shoes, soles too (better if female or high heels ones)
3. Cook a meal with a dirty sock into your mouth (better if it is not yours), put it out only just before you eat
4. Lick clean 10 pairs of shoes (better if female or high heels ones)
5. Sweep the floor of three rooms of your house with a smelling shoe attached on your face (nose into the shoe) and a dirty sock into your mouth (better if shoe and sock are not yours)
6. Lick clean all of your wc in your house.
