It’s been awhile, so I’ll remind you of our pain scale. There are 5 main intensities, and a sixth one for special occasions

[1] – this should hurt, but not too bad. You should be able to stay in position pretty easily
[2] – This should hurt worse, and you may start flinching
[3] – hits at this intensity should definitely make you flinch, and some wobbling is expected if you have to do a lot of them
[4] – These should make your legs weak. If you have to do too many, these may floor you.
[5] – Each one of these should borderline floor you
[6] – As hard as I would kick you. One of these should have you on the floor in the fetal position.

Take a good long hard look at those balls. That’s the last time you’ll see them like this for a while. Last time you’ll be able to use them anyway.
