Bathroom Bondage
Put the rubber tube in your mouth and make sure the other end is outside the toilet. Tighten your ropes so that your full head is under the water. You should be able to breath through the tube. Sit there and ponder for a few minutes about how worthless you are. Then, flush the toilet with your head inside.
