Slowly start thrusting your hips and continue to moan. If at some point the video ends, either start it over or find a new one. You don't have to moan in this downtime.
Stroke yourself at a medium pace for 10 strokes and then slowly for 5. Do this 4 more times:
10 medium, 5 slow.
10 medium, 5 slow.
Do 10 medium strokes, and then 5 slow ones.
And another 10 medium, 5 slow.
