I want another 100 slaps at the same intensity, but make every 10th slap count. Make it hurt. Your knees should be shaking.
And before you start, you need to know you are going to time yourself. Start the timer right before you start the slaps, and stop it as soon as you’ve finished. The faster you can do this, the better
