OK, now the last part of the slapping exercise. You’re going to keep this up, where every 5th hit is forceful (and I shouldn’t need to tell you to ramp up the intensity), but we’re not going to limit it to 50 hits. Keep going until you floor yourself.

Remember, flooring yourself isn’t just “ooooh I had to steady myself” it is your whole body on the floor.

Are those balls visibly swollen? If yes, you can move on. If not, you have to start this trial over.
