Now we’re going to practice 3 main ballbusting techniques: slapping, punching, and bludgeoning.
And Remy told me about her little intensity scale. I like it, but we’re not going to be using it in our time together. I’ll tell how it’s going to work in a second. But first, during our mini session, I want you on your knees, hips thrust out. I don’t know how Remy does it, but when refer to “flooring yourself” (which you will be doing, many times), I mean your full body is on the floor. Not just your hand, not just your head because you’ve doubled over, but your whole body. Your thighs should be on the floor. In the fetal position, ideally.
