Take the shoestring and tie my future balls up nice and tight, but make sure to leave some string hanging. We’re going to start using the heavy object. I want you to tie it to the shoelace.
This should be very uncomfortable, around a [3] at least. If not, find a heavier object. To start, stand with your legs spread wide and the object hanging between your legs. I want you to get it swinging back and forth. Get it waist high. I want 10 GOOD swings, where each swing makes you really wince in pain.
Now let’s do some squats. Squat down low enough that the object rests completely on the ground. Then stand up. Do this 10 times.
Are those balls hanging low yet? If not, start this step again.
If they are, untie those nuts and give them one last tug for good luck. It’s time to move on to the next step.
