You can do this in whatever position you want, but I’d recommend you lie down so you don’t have to fight the urge to fall over.

Set the metronome to 120 beats per minute and do the following in sync with the beat. And I will be very very upset with you if you ease up just because those nuts hurt. Don’t take any breaks between the steps!

1. 29 slaps at [2]
2. 1 slap at [4]
3. 29 slaps at [3]
4. 1 slap at [4]
5. 19 slaps at [3]
6. 1 slap at [5]

Hurry along now – don’t dilly-dally just because those balls are on fire!
