We're on to step 8 - the sit down. Those balls should still be tied up. If you untied them, I want 10 punches at [4] before you tie them back up. If you did not untie them, punch yourself 5 times at [4]. I want you to know that even if you follow all directions, you won’t be able to walk normally once you’ve turned your balls over to me.
Now I want you to find something hard you can sit on – a chair, a table, even the floor will do. I want you to pull the excess string from your shoelace so that your balls are positioned underneath you. I’m sure you can guess what’s coming. You should know that you can stop whenever you’d like, but the longer you last, the happier I’ll be.
I want you to sit on those balls – they’re almost mine. Put as much weight as you can bear on them. This should feel AT LEAST like a [4], but probably more like a [5]. Start counting, one thousand, two thousand, three thousand…
