Did you have to floor yourself in that last step? How many times? It’s so hot watching you destroy yourself for me. We’re well on the way to calling those balls my own. In fact we're moving on to step 7 - the metronome.

Now this step is two parts, and the choice you make in the first part impact your tasks in the second part. I’ll warn you though, you’re going to feel your former balls against the back of your teeth no matter what you choose.

Get the shoestring and tie those nuts up, nice and tight. Grab your blunt object and lie down on your back with your legs together so that that sore and aching ballsack is resting atop your thighs. Open up the metronome, and set it somewhere between 50-150 beats per minute.

I want 50 hits in sync with the metronome. The hits should be at [2], with every tenth hit at [4]. However, for the very last hit, the fiftieth blow, make it as hard as you can muster. You should curl up in pain. If you don’t, start the 50 hits over again.
