You'll need a few items before we get started:
- elastic bands (2)
- ruler
- lipstick (or pen and paper)
- pantyhose or stockings (if you don't have these, you need to stop now and go out and buy some - check your size at http://www.sizes.com/people/pantyhose.htm to make sure it fits)
- headphones (preferred, though speakers if you don't have headphones are fine)
- Stopwatch
