Call the makeup store, once you get someone on the phone, the conversation should go as follows - in your own voice:
"Hello, (store name), can I help you?"
"Yes, I'd like to know if you carry the DuWop lip plumper?"
If the answer is:
"Yes, we carry it"
Then answer: "Great. How does it actually work? I've got sensitive lips and want to make sure it doesn't burn."
Carry on the discussion the the person on the phone but before you hang up, you must say:
"Thanks, you were very helpful. What's your name?"
She will answer
Write down her name on another piece of paper in big letters.
You can now close the call.
If the answer is:
"No, sorry we don't"
Then answer: "Can you recommend another lip plumper? I've got sensitive lips and want to make sure it doesn't burn"
