Alright, time to go to the store. Buy at least 500 ml of juice and 2 bottles of 16.9 oz/500 ml of sports drink. Make sure you're back by, say, 10:35.
If you can't go to the store, you should have already bought this. Go for a nice 30 minute walk outside.
Try drinking half of the half liter water this half hour, but no worries if you can't. There's still another half hour to 11.
