[Grab all 3 rubber bands]
[Set the metronome anywhere from 100-150 bpm]
Now, you will double wrap the first rubber band around both of your balls.
You will double wrap the second rubber band around just your left ball.
You will double wrap the third rubber band around just your right ball.
Make sure the rubberbands are situated properly. They should be very tight and your individual balls should be greatly exposed and immobilized and they should be seperated from each other.
Read through the full instructions before you start:
Use your weak hand to grab your balls where the first rubber band is situated.
You will use your other hand's thumb and index finger to squeeze your left ball.
1.)You will squeeze and release in sync with the metronome 20 times at [1]
2.)Without break you will do the same thing 20 times at [2]
3.)Without break you will do the same thing 20 times at [3]
4.)Without break you will do the same thing 10 times at [4] (these squeezes should be very very painful)
Since you made it this far you can rest 20 beats.
Now, you will squeeze 10 times at [4] with 2 beats rest inbetween indefinitely.
You may not quit during any sequence! Only after a sequence may you quit.
Now you will do this same process with your right ball. Score your left ball and right ball separately.
