We are already on to trial 2.

Things tend to get progressively more difficult as the season progresses. The first trial is always a relatively easy one so hopefully you've got a win under your belt.

[Metronome set to 100 bpm]

Do not start until you have thoroughly read the instructions:

1.)Grab your balls tightly with your weak hand. Now punch them 20 times [2] in sync with the metronome. Now wait 5 beats.

2.)Punch them 20 times [2] in sync with the metronome. Now wait 5 beats.

3.)Punch them 20 times [2] in sync with the metronome. Now wait 5 beats.

4.)Punch them 20 times [2] in sync with the metronome. Now wait 5 beats.

5.)Now punch your balls 10 times [3] in sync with the metronome then wait 2 beats.

Repeat process until you give up.

It is your responsibility to remember when you gave up. As usual, once you begin a cycle you cannot stop until the cycle is over, however you may quit between any cycle. You will have to decide while you rest if you will continue or quit.
