This is how things will finish up. Do not begin until you have read to the end.
2.)You will slap your balls at [2] for 20 times in sync with the metronome.
3.)Without break you will then slap your balls at [3] for 20 times.
4.)Without break you will slap your balls at [4] for an indefinite amount of times.
You may give up between intensities [2] [3] and [4] but once you start slapping on a particular level you may not stop. You may also give up any time if you're at level [4]. Keep track at which point you gave up and if you made it to level [4] count exactly how many times you slapped your balls.
