There are 5 intensities which will be represented: [1], [2], [3], [4], [5] to let you know how intense your testicles shall be tested. If you ever hit too lightly for a particular intensity you can stop and rest *BUT YOU MUST REPEAT THE EXERCISE FROM THE BEGINNING.*

[1] - Hurts your balls
[2] - Hurts your balls more
[3] - Hurts your balls a lot
[4] - You're really testing your balls
[5] - You are testing your balls to the limit

[Set the metronome between 50 and 200]

I'll have you know - the higher the tempo, the higher score you will yield by the end of the trial. I'll also have you know - you are not allowed to change the tempo unless I specifically allow you to.

1.)Grab your balls tight with your weak hand and you will slap them 20 times [1] in sync with the metronome.
