Grab your sock ball smasher! You're going to have to really choke up on the sock (maybe even to the point where there's not slack between the basher in the sock and your knuckles) and swing swiftly to be able to hit your balls at this speed.

Also, I want all the competitors to lay down on their backs with their legs together and their balls lying on top of their legs/quads. Things are going to get tough now!

Deep breath it's time you show your endurance.
