Trial 6
Set your metronome between [100-150 bpm]
All competitors are going at the same time. Be on your toes, choose a wise metronome setting - well aware of how points are tallied up. Remember, you can only quit after a sequence. There are two separate parts in this trial so you will eventually quit 2 times.
Grab your balls with your weak hand tightly.
1.)Punch your balls 20 times in sync with the metronome [1] No rest.
2.)Punch your balls 20 times [2] No rest.
3.)Punch your balls 30 times [3] No rest.
4.)Punch your balls 30 times [3] No rest.
5.)Punch your balls 30 times [3] No rest.
Punch your balls 5 times [5!] 5 beat rest indefinitely.
Now, rest for about 30 seconds.
Grab your balls.
1.)Punch your balls 20 times in sync with the metronome [1] No rest.
2.)Punch your balls 40 times [2] 5 beat rest.
3.)Punch your balls 60 times [3] 10 beat rest.
4.)Punch your balls 40 times [2] 5 beat rest.
5.)Punch your balls 100 times [2] 20 beat rest.
Punch your balls 20 times [3] 5 beat rest indefinitely.
Whew! Now that was some exercise of endurance! Hopefully the past trials have prepared you for this.
