If you can continue without missing a beat you are either not hitting hard enough or you are iron balls and I am very impressed with you because I attribute a healthy diet of iron and balls to keeping my perfect physique)

Turn off the metronome it's annoying me.
Add how many beats you skipped. Honesty is vital. How many true punishing blows did you deliver upon yourself? Add up how many you missed.
I expect you to do one hit at [3] for every beat you missed.
I also expect you to do one punishing blow [6] for every one you missed. (It might take time, you should be floored)
Once you have fulfilled this phase of punishment you can untie your balls.
