Censor your Collection
Now is the important part.
Select the marquee tool (I prefer the oval shape, but you can be creative here).
Now, drag the marquee around the offending areas of the image -- if it's a beautiful woman like this one, you should at least start with her cleavage. Make the circle nice and big.
Next, go to the Filter menu, then Pixelate, then Mosaic. You will see the preview options for the amount of pixelation -- ensure that it is going to be something you will receive no pleasure from, that it is indeed censored.
