The second rule is that you need to keep a journal, so we can easily monitor your progress. In there you must write what you had to do, how you've done it and how you felt while doing it.
If you are not able to do a task, the journal is the place to describe why you haven't done it. If you did an alternative task this is also the place to put it.
You will only get hired after a test week. This is to make sure you can handle the job and the journal allows us to see if you did all the assignments to our satisfaction.
