After that you will sit still now. NO movments allowed. Knees spread wide.
Of cause when you hear the famous "GO" you must get up and refill your drink, come back and drink it while sitting still. Your knees stay spread wide ALL the time!!!
You will remain so until it is 03:00pm and you hear a cheering sound *giggle*
If you cannot hold you pee any longer - *giggle* pee your pants!!!
