- Whenever the voice says GO (every 15 min) you drink a 400ml glass of water!
- In the first hour (till 02:00pm) you are still allowed and encouraged to use the toilet whenever you need to pee!
- When it is 02:00pm your holding time beginns!! That means you MUST NOT USE the toilet anymore.

But as you are a LOSER i will guide you through the last 2 hours as well.
