Now go take a jog~ You can do it around your house, or in your room, even in place if you wanted, but outdoors is definitely the best. You should go get some fresh air probably baby ;)
go take a 10+ minute jog. Go until you're exhausted, but you must do a minimum of 10 minutes. You can go for an hour though if you wanted to, but this is an important part of your workout and should not be undermined.
