Alright girls, now it's time to do some stretches. Loosen up your muscles before we continue. No one wants to cramp up while exercising, especially not a sissy, that isn't cute.
Each stretch should last around 10 seconds (if you need to switch sides during a stretch, each side is 10 seconds)
