You arrive home and understand Rose's other motivation of having your wallet. You couldn't order food, wine, candles, roses and dessert. You will have to cook and serve whatever you have already in the house. Even more important, even if you manage to find some money in the house, the next shop is about 30 blocks away from home and the car almost has no fuel.
For a moment you think: she saw to this, she wants to see me fail. But she won't, you are focused on arranging the perfect evening. Perhaps if you do it right you will get laid at last.
Or see a nipple, you can't remember the last time you saw her naked. She's always closing doors and doesn't allow you to touch her in bed.
You remember one image, and a sequence of images of your good times together comes to your mind.
