Sit-up (or crunches) time
get on the floor
(yes a mat and perhaps a small pillow or two won't hurt
Remember to bend in the middle enough that you feel it in your tummy musles
this is The tough one to stay exited so add toys if you need to but do your best to stay hard boys
and girls should hopefully stay drippy...
try to do as many as you can!
