you MUST war a bit of ribbon around either a foot
or wrist..
and it must be visible..
if this is a bit to much you can wimp out for a bit of colored string..
you will touch this every hour on the hour!
if you forget and realize it..
you will spend 5 minutes standing with your nose against a wall, hands behind your back!
