get some string or shoelace and tie your balls with it, leave some slack at the tie the remainder around your little toe. there shouldn't be enough slack to let your leg go full stretch. then you have got to stand up on one leg with that toe attached to your balls. You must continue like this balancing on one leg until you roll a 6.
if you dont have a string you must punch those balls 50 times. make sure they hurt slave!!
