You snapped your left wrist in place, using your right wrist to help lock it with the handcuff. Then, only one more to go. You placed your right wrist over the last cuff and using your fingertips, were able to hold it in place while you rolled your arm around - pressing the other side of the cuff between your wrist and the bed. You pushed down, and the cuff locked in place. That was it, you were now fully secured to the bed. Blind. Naked. Gagged. Totally helpless. Nothing to do but wait.
