NOTE AND DISCLAIMER: This is not really a "webtease." This is not even originally written by me. This is an informative guide to finding a Domme that I found on the Internet when I was a novice sub, and saved. It helped me a lot, and I think the information in it could be useful to a LOT of the people here.
Since the site is no longer up, I've decided to post it here.
