OK, Stop.

Take a break if you like. Only for a moment.

From now on, until I say otherwise, you must now stroke in one of three positions.

Either;

1. Kneeling

2. Squatting

3. On all fours

If you were already in one of those positions then you must change to another.

Once done, go ahead and do 10 slow strokes.
