At first prepare this things around you. If you don't have something should buy it or would inventive and use something from everyday use.

1. Butt Plug

2. Ball Gag

3. ropes

4. handcuffs

5. drawing pins

6. If desired high heels or something else

7. Mask / Blindfold

8. a candle

9. a lighter

10. Anything you can suspend the candle horizontally. It may not be abel to burn. (My release is also another possible) CAUTION: Take care with fire.

11 Anithing to protect your floor on the wax drops

12. Two objects between you can lie down outstretched and something on the ceiling where you can hang out the candle
