You see, you are not only securely fastened down. There are tubes running up your nose into both your food and wind pipes. One feeds you, one ensures you can't choke. As long as I keep the feed to your stomach topped up, all your nutrition is taken care of. There are also electrodes all over your body to exercise your muscles while you're tied down, plus some so I can tell when you're awake.
