This exercise is called "Spiderman push ups". It's simple : it's like a regular push up, but when you go down, you raise one knee near your elbow. You alternate after every repetition.

This exercise is great because it uses the entire core muscles, your arms and your legs.

You will do 4 sets of either 10 or 20 spiderman push ups.
Rest only 15 seconds between each set. It's your last exercise, make it count!
