Next, you will do a regular plank. You will need your timer on this one.
You will do the plank for either 2 or 4 minutes, but only once, so don't give up! If 4 minutes isn't enough, go until you drop!
You WILL keep your back straight at all times.
You WILL keep your head looking straight in front of you.
You will NOT use your knees to cheat.
Once the exercise is done you can proceed to your reward/punishment!
